Family Activity for May 13, 2026

Theme: Being trustworthy and keeping promises requires integrity.

Discussion Question: IMPORTANT - Do NOT try this at home! (Haha!) In the movie, "Yes Day", integrity is shown through keeping promises, even when it becomes messy, inconvenient, or harder than expected. Being trustworthy means following through on what you say you will do, not just when it’s easy, but especially when it’s not. In this moment, we see how honoring a commitment builds trust and strengthens relationships. As a family, it’s a reminder that our words matter, and when we keep them, we show others they can rely on us. ACTIVITY: As a family, each person makes one small promise for the day. At the end, check in together...did you follow through? Talk about how keeping (or not keeping) your promise impacted trust and how you felt.
